Processing Your Order
The Pure Argan™ processes all orders in a timely manner. Orders received before 2pm(PST) are processed the same day and shipped within 2 business days. Orders that are received after 2pm(PST) on Friday are processed that following Monday.
Status of Your Order
Once you place your order, you will receive and order confirmation. Once the order is mailed, we will send you a tracking number allowing you to keep track of your purchase order. If at any time during the process you have qustions or concern you can reach us on our "Contact Us" page at the bottom of the page, email us at email@example.com, or simply call us directly at (626) 639-SKIN.
All domestic orders in United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, US Minor Outlying Islands, and the US Virgin Islands, qualify for free shipping with no minimum order size. If your order qualifies "Free Shipping" will be automatically set as your shipping option at checkout. Your order will be mailed using the shipping method that is most economical for us based on your shipping address and your shipment weight.
All "Free Shipping" includes tracking information, but does not include signature required request. If you live in an apartment building or suspect area and prefer to sign for your packages, include a note in the Comments Box under "Delivery Method", at Checkout and we will add the $4.00 Signature Required Fee to your order.
Please keep in mind that all mail carriers require orders valuing $400 or more to be signed for upon delivery. Anyone in the household may sign for the package, but a signature is required due to the value. We will email you the tracking information at the time of shipping to assist you to plan for the delivery.
When a Free Shipping order is mailed to a Post Office Box, we may contact you on overweight shipments and require a physical address since free shipping for proper carrier delivery.
Delivery Service Alerts- Natural disasters, severe weather, and other uncontrollable events may cause delays for delivery service providers. These conditions are considered Acts of Nature which hold the delivery services harmless of all delivery guaranties and prohibits any refund of fees paid for delivery services. Below are links to service updates provided by the delivery services regarding possible delays.
Unfortunately our free shipping policy does not apply to international orders. At this time ThePureArgan, only ships in the United States and U.S. Territories. We hope in the near future, to expand our business operations in Canada and Mexico.
Your Satisfactions is our Priority
Incorrect Items Received - 30 Days from invoice date. You will receive an exhange or full refund if the items received are incorrect and not part of your order. Products must be unopened and in their original condition. Refunds will be made less any applicable discounts, shipping & handling fees. Sorry, we are not able to accept returns after 30 days from invoice date.
All other products-All Sales are Final. To protect our customers and due to the nature and integrity of our products, all sales are final and there are no refunds. The Pure Argan will never risk reselling returned products that may be contaminated to any of our customers. Furthermore, we will never receive returned products and add them to those that are unused -these practices are simply unscrupulous and ones which we will never partake in.

Damaged Items: We do our best to package your product(s) so they will arrive to you in excellent condition. But once the package leaves our warehouse, it goes through postal hands - products may shift causing unintentional damage. Should you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for further instructions. Please do not discard the damaged product(s) and retain the original box and packaging in case your carrier requires an inspection of the damaged package.
Return Instructions: 1) Place the items you are returning in sturdy packaging. Make sure all items are packed tightly and securely. We are not responsible for breakage during shipment of returned items. 2) Indicate whether you would like an exchange or a refund. 3) Make a copy of the receipt that was enclosed with your original order, highlight the items you are returning, and place the copy in the box with the products. 4) Use the mailing address below to address your return shipment. 5) Take the package to your preferred shipping location to have it delivered to us.
We strongly recommend that you insure your package with the mail carrier for prompt and safe deliver.
